Community Well-Being

We support Indigenous communities in fostering community well-being through cultural revitalization, social cohesion, and inclusive leadership.

Our work centers on community-led efforts that strengthen participation, collective action, and the long-term vitality of communities.

By revitalizing cultural traditions and ancestral knowledge, strengthening youth engagement and gender-inclusive governance, enhancing community organization and communication networks, and supporting locally grounded health and social initiatives, we help communities reinforce cultural identity, social connection, resilience, and their own vision of Buen Vivir (Good Living).

Indigenous Voices & Leadership

Indigenous Voices & Leadership strengthens community organization and collective action by providing education in the strategic use of communication and digital tools.

Through training in digital literacy, audiovisual production, and responsible communication, the project supports leadership development and informed local decision-making. It promotes the timely exchange of information, active participation by youth and community leaders, and stronger connections between communities and governance structures.

By improving coordination, accountability, and dialogue with external partners, communication becomes a tool for social cohesion, effective governance, and sustainable, community-driven change.

Healthy Communities

Healthy Communities promotes the well-being of the Maijuna people and supports their self-determined vision for Buen Vivir.

Through initiatives grounded in holistic approaches to community health, we work alongside Maijuna communities to strengthen resilience and quality of life.

Together, we co-design initiatives that reinforce local leadership, gender-inclusive governance, and the revitalization of cultural traditions and ancestral knowledge. Mingas (communal work parties) and workshops help strengthen social cohesion, cultural identity, and long-term continuity of the Maijuna’s vision for the future.

Through strategic partnerships, we also support improvements in local infrastructure, access to basic health services, and food security.
